Maltose

1] Description:  Maltose is a disaccharide carbohydrate available in powder or spray dried forms. Maltose is soluble in water, and is 33% as sweet as sucrose. Advantose® 100 Maltose: Spray-dried, spherical particles with excellent flow, fast disintegrating, nonhygroscopic.
