Croscarmellose Sodium

1] Description:  Cross linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose White, free flowing powder with high absorption capacity.

Contains no sugar or starch.

 

 

2] Applications:

 

Superdisintegrant 

High swelling capacity. 

 

Recommended concentration: 0.5 – 2.0%. Can be used up to 5.0%

 

Equally effective at low levels in soluble and insoluble tablets, made by any tableting process.
